The success of communication and hiring efforts is solely the responsibility of the recruiter, and the platform disclaims any liability for lack of candidate engagement.
  7. Recruiters are required to handle candidate data in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Candidate information must be stored securely and used in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy. Any breach of data privacy laws by recruiters will result in the immediate suspension of access and may lead to legal action.
  8. Recruiters must delete or anonymize candidate data once it is no longer needed for recruitment purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to request evidence of compliance with data retention and deletion policies.
  9. Recruiters must not use automated systems, bots, or scraping, or crawling technologies to collect or extract candidate information from Skilance.com. Any such unauthorized activity will result in the immediate termination of the recruiter’s account and may be subject to further legal action.
  10. Recruiters are expected to engage with candidates in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, excessive messaging, or any form of inappropriate communication is strictly prohibited. Skilance.com reserves the right to review reported incidents and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the recruiter's account.
  11. The resale, redistribution, or sharing of candidate information with third parties for commercial purposes is prohibited. Recruiters are explicitly forbidden from selling or otherwise monetizing access to candidate data obtained through Skilance.com. Violations of this term will lead to immediate account suspension and may result in legal consequences.
  12. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to conduct periodic audits of recruiter accounts to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Recruiters must cooperate fully with any such audits and provide necessary information or documentation as requested. Failure to comply with audit requests may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
  13. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Recruiters will be notified of significant changes through email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
  14. Non-compliance with these Terms, including but not limited to misuse of candidate data or engagement in prohibited activities, may result in the immediate revocation of access to the platform’s features. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to seek legal recourse for any harm or damage caused by such non-compliance.
  15. Expanded Job Description Limit: This feature allows recruiters to create more detailed and comprehensive job postings, with a higher character limit for job descriptions. The specifics of the character limits depend on the recruiter’s chosen plan, enhancing the ability to communicate job requirements and expectations clearly.
  16. The Skilance Pro-Recruiter Plan provides a job description character limit of up to 500 words, while the Skilance Elite Hiring Plan offers an expanded limit of 1,000 words. These limits allow recruiters to convey job details, responsibilities, qualifications, and other relevant information in greater depth.
  17. Recruiters are solely responsible for the content of their job descriptions, ensuring that all information is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Job descriptions must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) disclaims any liability for inaccuracies, errors, or legal issues arising from the content provided by recruiters.
  18. Job descriptions must not include the following:
    • Misleading or false claims about the job or company.
    • Discriminatory language based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any other protected status.
    • Content that violates copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
    • Any offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material.
Skilance.com reserves the right to remove or modify job descriptions that violate these terms.
  19. Recruiters are encouraged to use relevant keywords and phrases in their job descriptions to improve visibility and searchability on Skilance.com. However, excessive keyword stuffing or the use of irrelevant keywords to manipulate search rankings is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in job postings being removed or the recruiter’s account being restricted.
  20. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to review and modify job descriptions for clarity, compliance, and quality assurance. In cases where job descriptions are found to violate platform guidelines, recruiters will be notified and may be required to amend the content. Repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination of the recruiter’s account.
  21. All job descriptions must comply with applicable local, state, national, and international employment laws. This includes providing equal employment opportunities and not engaging in discriminatory hiring practices. Recruiters must ensure that their job postings do not violate labor laws or regulations in the jurisdiction where the job is being offered.
  22. While the expanded job description feature allows for greater detail, SKILANCE (Skilance.com) does not guarantee that job postings will receive a specific level of visibility or engagement. The platform’s algorithms may influence the ranking and visibility of job postings based on factors such as relevance, completeness, and user engagement.
  23. Recruiters are encouraged to regularly update job descriptions to reflect the most accurate and current job requirements. Skilance.com may provide resources or guidelines on best practices for writing effective job descriptions, but it is ultimately the recruiter’s responsibility to ensure that the content meets their hiring needs and complies with applicable laws.
  24. Failure to adhere to these terms, including the posting of false or prohibited content, may result in the removal of job postings and suspension of the recruiter’s account. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities if necessary.
  25. The specified word limits for job descriptions (500 words for Pro-Recruiter Plan and 1,000 words for Elite Hiring Plan) will be strictly enforced. Any attempt to bypass these limits, such as through the use of images or other media to display additional text, is prohibited and may result in the job posting being removed or edited by SKILANCE (Skilance.com).
  26. To maintain a high standard of job postings on the platform, Skilance.com may perform periodic quality assurance checks. During these checks, job descriptions may be reviewed for clarity, grammar, and adherence to the platform’s guidelines. Recruiters may be asked to make revisions if their postings do not meet the required standards.
  27. Job descriptions must be written in clear and accessible language. Use of overly complex or jargon-heavy language that may create barriers for potential candidates is discouraged. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to request edits for accessibility and clarity.
  28. If Skilance.com provides editing assistance or suggestions for job descriptions, such assistance is given as a courtesy. The platform does not assume responsibility or liability for the content, accuracy, or legal compliance of edited job descriptions. Recruiters must review and approve any content modifications themselves.
  29. By posting job descriptions on Skilance.com, recruiters grant SKILANCE (Skilance.com) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of providing and promoting the platform’s services. Recruiters warrant that they own or have the necessary permissions to use and publish the content they submit.
  30. In the event of a dispute concerning the content or use of job descriptions on Skilance.com, recruiters agree to resolve such disputes through the platform’s internal resolution mechanisms before pursuing external legal remedies. This may include mediation facilitated by SKILANCE (Skilance.com).
  31. "Application Expiry Period": This feature defines the duration for which a job application remains active and accessible to recruiters before it expires. The expiration period varies based on the recruiter’s chosen plan, ensuring that job listings are timely and relevant.
  32. For the Skilance Pro-Recruiter Plan, each job application remains active and visible to the recruiter for 30 days from the date of posting. For the Skilance Elite Hiring Plan, the application expiry period is extended to 45 days from the date of posting. Once the specified period has passed, the job application will be automatically archived and made unavailable for further candidate submissions.
  33. Upon reaching the expiry date, job applications will be automatically archived. Recruiters will no longer be able to accept new applications, and candidates will not be able to apply. Archived applications can be accessed for viewing but cannot be modified or reactivated without posting a new job listing.
  34. The application expiry period is fixed and cannot be extended. Recruiters must ensure that all recruitment activities are completed within the specified timeframe. If additional time is needed, a new job posting must be created using available job posting credits.
  35. Skilance.com will provide automated notifications and reminders to recruiters as the expiry date approaches. However, it is the recruiter’s responsibility to monitor the status of their job applications and act accordingly. The platform disclaims any liability for missed opportunities due to expiration.
  36. Candidates who apply to a job posting close to the expiry date will be informed of the limited timeframe for consideration. Skilance.com is not liable for any inconvenience or missed opportunities caused by the imminent expiration of a job listing.
  37. Expired job applications will be removed from public visibility, ensuring that outdated or filled job listings do not clutter the platform. Recruiters must manually update the status of applications (e.g., marking a position as filled) to maintain transparency and efficiency in the hiring process.
  38. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) is not responsible for any disruptions, delays, or losses incurred due to the automatic expiry of job applications. The platform is also not liable for any claims arising from the expiration of a job posting, including but not limited to lost candidates or hiring opportunities.
  39. Recruiters have the option to manually expire job applications before the designated expiry date if a position is filled or no longer available. Once an application is expired, it cannot be reactivated, and a new job posting must be created to continue the hiring process.
  40. Recruiters must ensure that all recruitment timelines, including interviews and candidate assessments, are planned within the application expiry period. The platform will not be held liable for recruitment delays or unfinished hiring processes once the job posting expires.
  41. Skilance.com does not guarantee the availability of candidates for expired job applications. If a recruiter wishes to re-engage with candidates from an expired job posting, it must be done through a new job listing and within the terms set by the platform.
  42. Archived job applications and related candidate data will be retained for a limited period in compliance with data protection regulations. Recruiters may access this data for reference but must ensure its proper handling and eventual deletion if no longer needed for legitimate recruitment purposes.
  43. By posting a job application on Skilance.com, recruiters grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and manage the application as part of the service. The platform retains the right to use anonymized data for analytical and performance improvement purposes.
  44. "Maximum Application Limit": This feature sets a cap on the number of job applications that a recruiter can receive for a single job posting. The maximum number of applications allowed is determined by the recruiter’s chosen subscription plan, ensuring efficient management and processing of candidates.
  45. For the Skilance Pro-Recruiter Plan, recruiters can receive up to 250 applications per job posting. For the Skilance Elite Hiring Plan, the maximum application limit is 1,000 applications per job posting. Once the maximum application limit is reached, the job posting will automatically close, and additional candidates will not be able to apply.
  46. When the maximum application limit is reached, the job posting will automatically close and be removed from public visibility. Recruiters must review and manage the received applications to continue the hiring process. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) is not responsible for any applications missed due to the automatic closure of the job posting.
  47. Recruiters will receive automated notifications as the application count approaches the maximum limit. It is the recruiter’s responsibility to monitor the status of their job postings and take appropriate action, such as reviewing applications or closing the posting early if necessary.
  48. The maximum application limit is non-negotiable and cannot be extended under any circumstances. If a recruiter wishes to accept more applications, a new job posting must be created using available job posting credits. The platform disclaims any liability for lost opportunities or unmet hiring needs once the application limit is reached.
  49. Candidates who attempt to apply after the job posting has reached the maximum limit will be notified that the position is no longer accepting applications. Skilance.com is not liable for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction experienced by candidates as a result of this limitation.
  50. Recruiters are expected to manage and review all received applications in a fair and timely manner. Discrimination, favoritism, or any form of bias in the review process is strictly prohibited. Skilance.com reserves the right to investigate reports of unethical practices and take appropriate action.
  51. Recruiters are not permitted to manipulate or artificially increase the application count, such as by encouraging ineligible candidates to apply to close the job posting sooner. Any detected abuse or manipulation may result in the suspension of the recruiter’s account and potential legal action.
  52. All applications received must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Recruiters are required to ensure the secure storage and responsible use of candidate information. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) disclaims liability for any data breaches or unauthorized access resulting from the recruiter’s failure to follow proper data protection practices.
  53. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to audit recruiter accounts and job postings to ensure compliance with the application limit and other platform policies. Recruiters must cooperate fully with any audits and provide necessary documentation or information upon request.
  54. Skilance.com is not liable for any hiring delays, missed candidates, or recruitment challenges caused by the enforcement of the maximum application limit. Recruiters agree to indemnify and hold SKILANCE (Skilance.com) harmless from any claims or damages arising from the application limit feature.
  55. If a recruiter needs to receive additional applications beyond the set limit, they must create a new job posting and use additional job posting credits. The new job posting will be treated as a separate listing, and all associated terms and conditions will apply.
  56. Recruiters are encouraged to communicate clearly in their job postings about the potential closure of applications once the limit is reached. This transparency helps manage candidate expectations and ensures a better user experience.
  57. "Higher Job Visibility": This feature enhances the exposure of job postings on Skilance.com, increasing the likelihood that qualified candidates will view and apply. The level of visibility boost varies based on the recruiter’s chosen subscription plan.
  58. The Skilance Pro-Recruiter Plan provides up to Standard visibility for job postings, while the Skilance Elite Hiring Plan offers up to 5X visibility. Visibility is determined by the platform’s internal algorithms, which may prioritize job postings in search results, featured listings, and other strategic placements to attract more applicants.
  59. While Higher Job Visibility is designed to increase the exposure of job postings, SKILANCE (Skilance.com) does not guarantee a specific number of views, applications, or hiring outcomes. The effectiveness of visibility enhancement may vary based on factors such as job market trends, candidate availability, and the relevance of the job description.
  60. The visibility boost is active for the duration of the job posting’s validity period, as specified by the recruiter’s plan. Once the job posting expires, the enhanced visibility will cease, and the job listing will no longer appear in promoted placements.
  61. The platform uses proprietary algorithms to determine the placement and ranking of job postings. Factors influencing visibility may include job title relevance, location, industry, and candidate search behavior. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to update or modify these algorithms at its discretion to improve the user experience.
  62. Recruiters will be provided with general insights into how their job postings are being promoted. However, the exact workings of the visibility algorithms are confidential and proprietary. The platform is not obligated to disclose the specifics of how visibility enhancements are calculated or implemented.
  63. For a job posting to qualify for Higher Job Visibility, it must comply with all platform guidelines, including providing accurate job descriptions, non-discriminatory content, and lawful hiring practices. Skilance.com reserves the right to remove or limit the visibility boost if a job posting is found to violate these guidelines.
  64. The Higher Job Visibility feature is subject to a fair use policy. Recruiters are prohibited from posting duplicate or similar job listings solely to increase exposure. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or other corrective measures.
  65. In certain cases, the platform may temporarily adjust or reduce the visibility of job postings to ensure a balanced and fair user experience. This may include high-traffic periods or technical maintenance. Recruiters will be notified if significant adjustments are made, but no compensation or refund will be provided for temporary reductions in visibility.
  66. The effectiveness of the Higher Job Visibility feature may be influenced by job market conditions, including the supply and demand of candidates in specific industries or regions. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) is not responsible for variations in visibility performance due to these external factors.
  67. To ensure fair use and the integrity of the platform, SKILANCE (Skilance.com) may conduct periodic audits of job postings benefiting from Higher Job Visibility. Recruiters must cooperate with any audit requests and provide documentation or evidence of compliance with platform guidelines.
  68. By utilizing the Higher Job Visibility feature, recruiters grant SKILANCE (Skilance.com) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display job listings for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes featuring job postings on the platform’s social media channels, newsletters, or other external marketing efforts.
  69. Recruiters agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKILANCE (Skilance.com) from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Higher Job Visibility feature, including but not limited to claims related to the content of job postings or the failure to achieve desired recruitment outcomes.
  70. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Higher Job Visibility feature at any time. Recruiters will be notified of significant changes, and any ongoing job postings will be subject to the updated terms.
  71. "Priority Job Posting": This feature elevates job postings to a higher visibility level across the platform, ensuring that they are prominently displayed and prioritized over standard job listings. This placement increases the likelihood of attracting top candidates quickly.
  72. The Priority Job Posting feature is available exclusively to recruiters subscribed to the Skilance Elite Hiring Plan. Recruiters under the Skilance Pro-Recruiter Plan do not have access to this feature. Priority job postings are highlighted and strategically placed on the platform to maximize visibility and engagement.
  73. The Priority Job Posting status is valid for the duration of the job posting’s active period. The platform uses algorithms to optimize the visibility of these job postings, but effectiveness may vary depending on factors such as industry demand, job relevance, and candidate interest. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) does not guarantee a specific number of views or applications as a result of this feature.
  74. Priority job postings may be displayed on high-traffic sections of the platform, such as the homepage, job search results, and candidate dashboards. These postings may also be visually highlighted to distinguish them from standard listings. The exact placement and presentation of priority postings are determined by Skilance.com’s internal algorithms and marketing strategies.
  75. While the Priority Job Posting feature is designed to enhance visibility and engagement, SKILANCE (Skilance.com) does not guarantee successful hiring outcomes, the quality of applicants, or the speed of the recruitment process. The platform disclaims liability for any unmet expectations related to the performance of this feature.
  76. Priority job postings must adhere to all platform content guidelines, including but not limited to accurate and lawful job descriptions, non-discriminatory language, and compliance with applicable labor and employment laws. Any posting that violates these guidelines may have its priority status revoked, and the recruiter may be subject to penalties or account suspension.
  77. Recruiters are prohibited from misusing the Priority Job Posting feature, such as by posting duplicate or misleading job listings to manipulate visibility. Any misuse may result in the suspension of access to this feature, revocation of priority status, or further disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by SKILANCE (Skilance.com).
  78. Once a job posting has been upgraded to Priority status, it is non-refundable. If a job posting is removed or expires before the end of the active period, no refunds or credit adjustments will be provided. Recruiters are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of job postings before activating the Priority feature.
  79. In the event of technical difficulties, maintenance, or other temporary disruptions that may affect the visibility of Priority job postings, SKILANCE (Skilance.com) will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly. However, the platform is not liable for any losses, missed applications, or reduced engagement during such periods.
  80. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to modify the visibility and placement of Priority job postings at any time to maintain a balanced and fair user experience. Any significant changes will be communicated to the affected recruiters, but the platform retains full discretion over placement adjustments.
  81. The use of the Priority Job Posting feature is subject to a fair use policy to prevent overcrowding and maintain the quality of the platform. Skilance.com may limit the number of concurrent Priority postings per recruiter or organization to ensure equitable access to visibility enhancements for all users.
  82. Recruiters agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKILANCE (Skilance.com) from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or performance of the Priority Job Posting feature, including any disputes related to the content of job postings or the outcomes of recruitment efforts.
  83. The Priority Job Posting feature may be modified, updated, or discontinued at the sole discretion of SKILANCE (Skilance.com). Recruiters will be notified of significant updates or changes, and any ongoing job postings will be subject to the revised terms.
  84. "Higher CV View Limit": This feature provides recruiters with an increased capacity to view and access candidate CVs. The number of CV views allowed is determined by the recruiter’s subscription plan, enabling more extensive candidate screening and selection.
  85. For the Skilance Pro-Recruiter Plan, recruiters can view up to 50 candidate CVs per month. The Skilance Elite Hiring Plan allows recruiters to view up to 250 candidate CVs per month. Once the CV view limit is reached, recruiters will need to wait until the start of the next billing cycle or upgrade their plan to continue viewing additional CVs.
  86. A ‘CV View’ is defined as the act of opening or accessing a candidate’s CV or resume on the Skilance.com platform. Each time a recruiter views a CV, it counts toward the monthly limit, regardless of whether the CV was viewed more than once. The platform records and tracks CV views to enforce these limits.
  87. Unused CV views do not roll over to the next month. Recruiters must utilize their allocated CV views within the current billing cycle, or they will be forfeited. Skilance.com does not offer refunds or credit adjustments for unused CV views.
  88. Recruiters will receive notifications as they approach their CV view limit, as well as alerts when the limit has been reached. It is the responsibility of the recruiter to manage their CV views effectively. The platform disclaims liability for any disruptions in recruitment activities resulting from the exhaustion of CV view limits.
  89. Recruiters who require additional CV views can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional CV view credits, if available. The terms and conditions of any upgrades or additional purchases will be outlined at the time of the transaction.
  90. Once the CV view limit is reached, recruiters will be restricted from viewing additional CVs until the limit resets at the beginning of the next billing cycle or until they purchase additional CV view credits. The platform reserves the right to enforce these restrictions to ensure compliance with plan terms.
  91. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) does not guarantee the suitability, availability, or qualifications of candidates whose CVs are viewed. Recruiters are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and verifying candidate credentials. The platform disclaims liability for any hiring decisions made based on CV information.
  92. Recruiters must handle candidate CVs and personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. Candidate information obtained through Skilance.com must be used solely for legitimate recruitment purposes and must not be shared, sold, or misused. Any breach of data privacy laws may result in account suspension and potential legal action.
  93. The Higher CV View Limit feature is subject to a fair use policy. Recruiters are prohibited from using automated systems, bots, or scripts to view or extract CVs from the platform. Misuse of the feature may result in account suspension, revocation of access, or legal consequences.
  94. Recruiters are required to delete or anonymize candidate data once it is no longer needed for recruitment purposes, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Skilance.com reserves the right to request evidence of compliance with these data retention and deletion policies.
  95. In the event of technical difficulties or temporary service disruptions, Skilance.com will make reasonable efforts to restore access to candidate CVs as quickly as possible. However, the platform is not liable for any losses or missed opportunities resulting from such interruptions.
  96. Recruiters agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKILANCE (Skilance.com) from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Higher CV View Limit feature, including but not limited to claims related to data privacy breaches or unauthorized use of candidate information.
  97. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to modify the CV view limits, policies, or pricing structure at any time. Recruiters will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
  98. "Longer Time Validity of Job Posting": This feature allows recruiters to keep job postings active for an extended duration, based on the selected subscription plan, providing more time for job seekers to view and apply for job openings.
  99. Under the Skilance Pro-Recruiter Plan, job postings remain active for up to 30 days from the date of posting. The Skilance Elite Hiring Plan offers an extended validity of 45 days per job posting. Once the validity period expires, the job posting will automatically be archived and removed from public listings.
  100. Upon the expiration of the job posting validity period, the job listing will be automatically archived. Archived postings will not be visible to job seekers and will not accept new applications. Recruiters will retain access to the archived posting for reference and record-keeping purposes.
  101. The validity period of job postings is fixed and cannot be extended. If recruiters wish to continue accepting applications or keep the job listing active, they must create a new job posting using available job posting credits. Skilance.com does not provide extensions or rollovers of job postings once they have expired.
  102. Recruiters will receive automated reminders as the expiration date of a job posting approaches. It is the responsibility of the recruiter to take timely action, such as reviewing applications or reposting the job if necessary. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) disclaims any liability for missed opportunities due to the expiration of job postings.
  103. To repost an expired job listing, recruiters must use additional job posting credits. The reposted job will be treated as a new listing, subject to the same terms and conditions, including visibility settings and validity period.
  104. Archived job postings and associated data will be retained for a limited time, as specified in the platform’s data retention policy. Recruiters may access this data for reference, but it is their responsibility to ensure that any necessary information is backed up or exported before it is permanently deleted.
  105. All job postings, whether active or archived, must comply with the platform’s content guidelines and applicable laws. Any postings found to contain false, discriminatory, or illegal content may be removed, and the recruiter’s account may be subject to penalties or suspension.
  106. Recruiters are prohibited from manipulating the validity period, such as by repeatedly reposting identical job listings to maintain visibility. Any abuse of the reposting feature or attempts to circumvent platform rules may result in account suspension or revocation of privileges.
  107. The Longer Time Validity feature increases the time a job posting is visible to job seekers, but it does not guarantee a specific level of engagement, such as the number of views or applications. The performance of a job posting depends on various factors, including market conditions and job seeker interest. Skilance.com disclaims any liability for unmet recruitment expectations.
  108. In the event of technical issues, server maintenance, or other disruptions that affect the visibility of job postings, SKILANCE (Skilance.com) will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly. The platform is not responsible for any losses or reduced engagement caused by temporary service interruptions.
  109. Recruiters must handle any data collected from job postings, such as applicant information, in accordance with data protection and privacy laws. Unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of candidate information is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal consequences and account suspension.
  110. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Longer Time Validity feature at its discretion. Recruiters will be notified of any significant changes to the feature, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  111. Recruiters agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKILANCE (Skilance.com) from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or performance of the Longer Time Validity feature, including but not limited to claims related to expired job postings or the content of job listings.
  112. "One-Click CV Download": This feature enables recruiters to download multiple candidate CVs with a single action, streamlining the hiring process and saving valuable time. The feature is designed to enhance the efficiency of recruiters by providing a faster way to access and manage candidate information.
  113. The One-Click CV Download feature is available exclusively to recruiters subscribed to the Skilance Elite Hiring Plan. Recruiters using the Skilance Pro-Recruiter Plan do not have access to this feature. This functionality allows for the bulk downloading of candidate CVs, simplifying the process of reviewing applicant profiles offline.
  114. The number of CVs that can be downloaded in a single click is subject to the recruiter’s available CV view credits and the plan limitations. If the recruiter has exhausted their CV view credits, the One-Click CV Download feature will be disabled until the credits are replenished through a new billing cycle or additional credit purchase.
  115. Recruiters must handle all downloaded CVs and the personal data of candidates in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and other relevant laws in their jurisdiction. Candidate information must be used exclusively for legitimate recruitment purposes and must be stored securely to prevent unauthorized access.
  116. Downloaded CVs are the responsibility of the recruiter. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) is not liable for any breaches of confidentiality, data loss, or unauthorized access to candidate information once it has been downloaded from the platform. Recruiters must implement and maintain adequate security measures, such as encryption and secure storage, to safeguard the data.
  117. The downloaded CVs must not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties for purposes other than direct recruitment. The use of candidate data for marketing, spam, or any unauthorized commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.
  118. Recruiters are required to delete or anonymize downloaded candidate data once it is no longer needed for recruitment purposes. This includes ensuring that all copies of CVs are permanently deleted from local devices and servers. Recruiters must also adhere to any candidate requests for data deletion in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  119. Recruiters must maintain records of how and when candidate data is accessed and used. This documentation may be required for compliance with data protection regulations. Skilance.com reserves the right to request proof of compliance in the event of a data-related investigation.
  120. Recruiters agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKILANCE (Skilance.com) from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or breach of candidate data downloaded through the One-Click CV Download feature. This includes any legal fees incurred in defending against claims related to data privacy violations.
  121. While the responsibility for downloaded data lies with the recruiter, SKILANCE (Skilance.com) may conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with data privacy and usage policies. Recruiters must cooperate fully with such audits and provide documentation as requested.
  122. In the event of a data breach involving downloaded candidate information, recruiters must notify the affected candidates and the relevant data protection authorities as required by law. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) must also be informed of the breach to assess any impact on the platform and assist in mitigating the damage.
  123. The One-Click CV Download feature may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, software updates, or server issues. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) will make reasonable efforts to restore the feature promptly but disclaims liability for any delays or disruptions that affect the use of this feature.
  124. Recruiters are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary legal basis to process and download candidate data, such as obtaining explicit consent where required. Candidates have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and recruiters must facilitate these requests in a timely and lawful manner.
  125. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided in candidate CVs. Recruiters are responsible for verifying candidate credentials and qualifications before making any hiring decisions. The platform disclaims liability for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations found in downloaded CVs.
  126. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the One-Click CV Download feature at any time. Recruiters will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the feature will be subject to the updated terms.
  127. Recruiters are strongly advised to use encryption tools to secure downloaded candidate CVs, especially when storing or transmitting sensitive data. While Skilance.com does not enforce specific encryption standards, failure to use adequate security measures may increase the risk of data breaches.
  128. Recruiters must limit access to downloaded CVs to only those employees or representatives who are directly involved in the recruitment process. Sharing candidate information internally should be restricted to a need-to-know basis to minimize the risk of unauthorized access.
  129. Recruiters are encouraged to have a data backup and recovery plan in place to protect downloaded CVs from accidental deletion or data loss. However, any such backups must also comply with data protection laws and be subject to the same security measures as the original files.
  130. If a candidate requests to opt out of future consideration or asks for their data to be deleted, recruiters must ensure that the downloaded CVs are promptly removed from all systems, including backups and any shared drives. Compliance with such requests must be documented to demonstrate adherence to privacy regulations.
  131. If a recruiter engages a third-party service provider (e.g., for background checks or data analysis) and shares downloaded CVs, the recruiter is fully liable for ensuring that the third party complies with all applicable data privacy laws. Any breaches or misuse by the third party will be the sole responsibility of the recruiter.
  132. Recruiters must monitor for any unusual or unauthorized activity involving downloaded CVs. If suspicious behavior is detected, it must be reported to the platform and relevant authorities as necessary. Proactive monitoring helps mitigate potential data breaches and ensures compliance with data security best practices.

  136. Recruiters with Priority Customer Support will have access to dedicated support channels, including email, live chat, and phone support, depending on availability. These channels are designed to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and that recruiters receive personalized assistance.
  137. Priority Customer Support is available during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Urgent issues reported outside these hours will be addressed as soon as possible on the next business day. Skilance.com reserves the right to modify support hours based on operational requirements.
  138. In cases where a support issue cannot be resolved through standard procedures, recruiters with Priority Customer Support may request an escalation. Escalated issues will be prioritized and handled by senior support staff or technical specialists to ensure a timely and effective resolution.
  139. Priority Customer Support covers assistance with the Skilance.com platform only. Support staff are not responsible for resolving issues related to third-party software, hardware, or network problems outside of the platform’s control. Recruiters may be referred to external resources for issues beyond the scope of Skilance.com.
  140. While Priority Customer Support provides expedited service, Skilance.com does not guarantee an immediate resolution for all issues. Some problems may require additional investigation, collaboration with the technical team, or external consultation, which may extend the time needed for resolution.
  141. Recruiters are expected to provide accurate and detailed information when reporting issues to the support team. This includes describing the problem, providing screenshots or error messages, and responding promptly to follow-up questions. Failure to cooperate may delay the resolution process.
  142. Priority Customer Support must be used responsibly. Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward support staff will not be tolerated. Skilance.com reserves the right to revoke Priority Customer Support privileges if a recruiter engages in harassment, excessive demands, or misuse of the support services.
  143. Priority Customer Support is intended for issue resolution and general platform guidance. Requests for new features, extensive consultations, or custom development work are outside the scope of standard support services. Such requests may be noted and considered for future platform updates but are not guaranteed.
  144. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) disclaims liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of delays, errors, or failures in providing Priority Customer Support. The platform’s responsibility is limited to using reasonable efforts to assist recruiters in resolving issues related to the platform’s functionality.
  145. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to modify or discontinue Priority Customer Support at any time. Recruiters will be notified of significant changes to the service, and continued use of the support services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
  146. Recruiters agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKILANCE (Skilance.com) from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or performance of the Priority Customer Support feature, including but not limited to claims related to delays or unresolved issues.
  147. "Real-Time Alerts": This feature enables recruiters to receive immediate notifications related to job postings, candidate applications, and platform updates. The alerts are designed to keep recruiters informed and help them respond promptly to important recruitment activities.
  148. Real-Time Alerts are provided for key events, including but not limited to: (a) new candidate applications received for active job postings; (b) updates on candidate status changes (e.g., interview scheduling or rejection notifications); (c) reminders for expiring job postings; and (d) important platform updates or changes in service features.
  149. Real-Time Alerts will be delivered via multiple communication channels, including email, SMS, and in-platform notifications. The availability of certain channels may vary based on the recruiter’s subscription plan. It is the recruiter’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information is up-to-date to receive alerts without delay.
  150. Recruiters can customize their alert preferences within the platform settings. This includes choosing which types of alerts to receive and the preferred delivery method. However, critical alerts, such as security notifications or service interruptions, will be sent regardless of user preferences to ensure the safety and security of the account.
  151. The frequency and timing of Real-Time Alerts depend on the nature of the event. For example, new candidate application alerts will be sent as soon as an application is submitted, while reminders for expiring job postings may be sent several days in advance. The platform does not guarantee immediate delivery of alerts in all circumstances, as delivery may be affected by external factors such as email server delays or network issues.
  152. Receiving Real-Time Alerts does not guarantee the availability of candidates or the continuation of job postings beyond their scheduled expiration. Recruiters are responsible for acting promptly on alerts to ensure the effectiveness of their recruitment activities. Skilance.com is not liable for any missed opportunities due to delays or failure to act on received alerts.
  153. While Skilance.com makes every effort to provide accurate and timely alerts, the platform does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of alert information. Alerts are generated based on available data, and technical errors or discrepancies may occasionally occur. Recruiters should verify critical information before taking action.
  154. Certain events, such as high-volume candidate applications or simultaneous status updates, may result in aggregated alerts to prevent notification overload. Recruiters should check the platform dashboard regularly for comprehensive updates that may not be included in individual alerts.
  155. Recruiters may choose to opt out of non-essential alerts, such as promotional messages or general updates, through the platform’s notification settings. However, opting out of critical alerts, such as security warnings, is not permitted. Recruiters are responsible for managing their alert settings to align with their preferences.
  156. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) disclaims any liability for losses or damages resulting from missed, delayed, or undelivered alerts. It is the recruiter’s responsibility to monitor their job postings and candidate applications through the platform, regardless of the status of alert notifications.
  157. Real-Time Alerts may contain sensitive information about candidates or job postings. Recruiters are advised to use secure email and SMS services to prevent unauthorized access to alert content. Skilance.com is not responsible for breaches of privacy resulting from the recruiter’s use of insecure communication methods.
  158. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain alert types or features. Recruiters will be notified of significant changes, and it is their responsibility to adjust their alert settings as necessary to accommodate these changes.
  159. Recruiters agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKILANCE (Skilance.com) from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or failure of the Real-Time Alerts feature, including but not limited to missed job applications, delayed candidate responses, or inaccuracies in alert information.
  160. Recruiters are advised to use multiple communication channels (e.g., both email and SMS) to ensure redundancy in receiving Real-Time Alerts. This minimizes the risk of missing critical notifications due to issues with a single communication channel. Skilance.com provides multiple options but cannot guarantee seamless functionality across all channels.
  161. If recruiters choose to integrate Real-Time Alerts with third-party tools or software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems or communication apps), they do so at their own risk. Skilance.com does not provide support or assume liability for issues arising from such integrations, including delays, errors, or data breaches.
  162. Delivery of Real-Time Alerts may be disrupted due to service interruptions or force majeure events, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or technical failures beyond the platform’s control. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) will make reasonable efforts to restore alert services but is not liable for any delays or missed alerts caused by such events.
  163. Real-Time Alerts are intended solely for legitimate recruitment activities on Skilance.com. Recruiters are prohibited from using alerts to gather information for unauthorized purposes, such as data mining or spamming candidates. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or legal action.
  164. By subscribing to Real-Time Alerts, recruiters consent to receive notifications through the selected communication channels. It is the recruiter’s responsibility to ensure that they have appropriate permissions to receive SMS or email alerts, particularly if such communications may incur charges from their service providers.
  165. Recruiters are encouraged to test their alert configurations upon setting up their account to ensure that notifications are being received correctly. Skilance.com disclaims any responsibility for missed alerts due to incorrect configuration or user error. Assistance with configuration is available through the platform’s customer support team.

Skilance.com makes efforts to provide accurate and comprehensive data but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of candidate information.
  168. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) aggregates candidate information from profiles, resumes, and candidate inputs. However, the platform does not independently verify the accuracy of this information. Recruiters are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including background checks and reference verification, before making hiring decisions. Skilance.com disclaims liability for any hiring decisions made based on candidate information.
  169. The Detailed Candidate Information feature is intended solely for the purpose of evaluating and contacting candidates for legitimate job opportunities. Recruiters are prohibited from using this data for marketing, spamming, or any non-recruitment-related activities. Misuse of candidate data may result in account suspension and legal action.
  170. Recruiters must handle all candidate information in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and other relevant privacy regulations. Candidate information must be stored securely, and any unauthorized access or sharing of this data is strictly prohibited.
  171. Candidates have provided consent for their information to be shared with recruiters for legitimate hiring purposes. Recruiters must respect the privacy rights of candidates and comply with any requests for data access, correction, or deletion. Failure to honor these requests may result in legal liability for the recruiter.
  172. Recruiters must delete or anonymize candidate information once it is no longer needed for recruitment purposes. This includes deleting candidate profiles, CVs, and other personal data from local storage or any other systems where the information was processed. Skilance.com may request evidence of compliance with data deletion requirements.
  173. Recruiters are required to treat all candidate information as confidential and must ensure that only authorized personnel within their organization have access to this data. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or disclosure of candidate information is prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.
  174. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to audit recruiter accounts to ensure compliance with these terms and data protection obligations. Recruiters must cooperate fully with such audits and provide necessary documentation to demonstrate adherence to data privacy regulations.
  175. In the event of a data breach involving candidate information, recruiters must promptly notify the affected candidates, relevant authorities, and Skilance.com in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The platform will assist in mitigating the impact of the breach but disclaims liability for any damages resulting from the recruiter’s failure to secure candidate data.
  176. Recruiters are prohibited from using bots, scripts, or automated tools to collect or scrape candidate information from the platform. Any attempt to use automated methods for data collection is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
  177. The data provided through the Detailed Candidate Information feature is subject to use limitations. Recruiters may not create derivative works, databases, or profiles using this information for purposes other than recruitment. Any attempt to create a separate candidate database from the data accessed on Skilance.com is strictly prohibited.
  178. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) disclaims any liability for losses or damages arising from the use of inaccurate or misleading candidate information. Recruiters are advised to independently verify any critical information before making employment offers or other significant decisions.
  179. Recruiters are advised to implement best practices for data security, such as using encrypted storage, multi-factor authentication, and secure data transfer protocols. Skilance.com provides these recommendations as guidance but is not responsible for the security measures implemented by recruiters.
  180. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) reserves the right to update or modify the Detailed Candidate Information feature at any time. Recruiters will be informed of significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
  181. "Active Job Seeker Engagement": This feature provides recruiters with tools and insights to actively engage with job seekers who are currently available and looking for opportunities. The use of engagement insights for unauthorized purposes, such as data mining, marketing, or spamming, is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the feature may lead to account suspension and legal consequences.
  185. While the Active Job Seeker Engagement feature provides insights into highly engaged candidates, SKILANCE (Skilance.com) does not guarantee that candidates will respond to recruiter outreach. Factors such as candidate preferences, availability, or interest in specific roles may influence response rates. The platform disclaims any liability for lack of engagement or response from job seekers.
  186. The engagement data is based on candidate activity tracked within the platform and may not reflect real-time availability or interest. Skilance.com makes reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but does not guarantee the completeness or precision of engagement metrics. Recruiters should verify candidate availability and interest during direct communication.
  187. Engagement insights are provided with respect to candidate privacy. Recruiters must ensure that their outreach to job seekers is professional, respectful, and compliant with data protection laws. Any harassment or excessive communication with candidates is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or account suspension.
  188. Recruiters are expected to follow best practices when engaging with candidates. This includes providing clear and relevant job details, avoiding unsolicited or excessive messages, and respecting candidates' decisions if they decline a job opportunity. Any reports of unprofessional conduct will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.
  189. Engagement data must be used responsibly and must not be stored longer than necessary for recruitment purposes. Recruiters are required to delete or anonymize candidate information once it is no longer relevant to the hiring process. Skilance.com may request proof of compliance with data retention policies if necessary.
  190. The use of automated tools to engage with candidates must be in line with Skilance.com’s policies. Recruiters are prohibited from sending bulk or automated messages that are not tailored to the individual candidate’s profile or interest. Any misuse of automation will result in restricted access to the feature and potential legal action.
  191. Delivery of engagement insights and notifications may be affected by technical issues, system maintenance, or service interruptions. SKILANCE (Skilance.com) will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly but is not responsible for delays or disruptions in service.
  192. Candidates have the option to opt out of appearing in engagement insights or to limit the visibility of their profile. Recruiters must respect these privacy settings and are prohibited from attempting to bypass candidate preferences. Violation of these terms will be treated as a serious offense.

The platform's algorithms rely on candidate-provided information, which may be incomplete or outdated. Recruiters are advised to further verify candidate qualifications and details.
  200. Recruiters must use Advanced Search Filters in compliance with anti-discrimination laws and regulations. The use of filters to exclude candidates based on protected characteristics, such as race, gender, age, religion, or disability, is strictly prohibited. Skilance.com reserves the right to monitor and investigate reports of discriminatory practices.
  201. Recruiters must handle all candidate information obtained through Advanced Search Filters in compliance with data protection and privacy laws. Recruiters are fully responsible for managing the interview process, including handling candidate inquiries and managing on-site logistics.
  221.
